How do I change my settings to black and white in my Sony camera?

I have a Sony Cyber-shot, and I have no idea how to change the configuration of my black and white. I know it must be some way to do this because in the guide says you can, but I can not understand! HELP? Thank you!

If you can not understand, and Im assuming that is a digital camera … do not worry is not that … Most imaging programs you use on the computer may converted to sepia, black and white .. adjust brightness, remove red eye, crop, zoom, etc. You can make your photos after you download and store or to save. Place overall after my tent to change at any W / B, because sometimes want to see the color of a B / W shot .. Good Luck
