How many studs do you have to get before you can buy Darth Vader in Lego Star Wars?

My 8 year old son has completed the game and gotten every charachter you could buy except for 4 – and we can’t figure out how to get them.

Did you beat the secret level from episode IV?

To unlock this stage, you have to get “True Jedi Status” in all the other levels (that’s that bar in the top center of the screen). Just find a ton of studs in each level to fill the bar. fill the bar to gain “True Jedi Status.” Get TJS in all the levels and the secret level will unlock. Beat this level and Vader and a stormtrooper will be unlocked.
