How I can play on PSP without UMD?

"I can play games on my PSP without a UMD, just download and put on the memory card? If I can do? And the websites they recommend?

Totally going in the right direction man, I began to download games two years ago and never paid much money again. I have all my best games, even those who do are not released here in the U.S. yet.
